Mid-Weight Graphic Designer (full-time)
Feel like you’re bursting with creativity but don’t have a platform to vent it?
Take a look at joining our team of inventors, designers and thinkers. We’re looking for a mid weight designer to work within the Live Events Industry. The ideal candidate will already be working within a creative role and have 2/3 years experience of studio life. They’ll be a whizz in photoshop, illustrator and InDesign. Good layout skills and typography are a must. Most importantly though, they must be a conceptual thinker, capable of generating big ideas and the skills to communicate them.
We’re a small agency focusing on events based business that is split 50/50 between event design and event production. We work for some amazing brands and the nature of our work is diverse. Should you be successful, you’ll be working on concepts for parties, logos for conferences, strategies for campaigns, ideas for marketing stunts and more.
You’ll be expected to lead brainstorming sessions, attend client meetings and also pitch ideas. We’re a five minute walk from Vauxhall station, with a lovely roof terrace and a French Boules League.

Production Manager (full-time)
We are looking for a new Production Manager to join our team for a full-time position and play a key role in the planning and delivery of technical production for a wide range of events.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in client facing roles and have 1-2 years of experience in a production agency or AV company. Experience delivering production on events is essential.
You will be involved in client meetings and project management from brief to delivery including site visits and technical requirements, CAD drawings, producing quotes and budget management. You will co-ordinate all logistics for the event from booking and scheduling kit to crew transportation, to leading the event on the day and on-site management. Occasional out of hours work and travel may also be required.

Future Talent Admin Assistant (part-time)
Experience is a design led production house, specialising in communicating messages within live environments. We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our lovely creative hub in the London studio.
We’re looking for someone to support the account manager with yearly event campaigns and bookings, ensuring all event projects run to the highest standard of service.
This job will be office based, with an opportunity to assist events onsite. Must have 2+ years experience in an office based environment and be fluent with Excel, spreadsheets, google docs. Experience with invoicing and purchase orders is a plus.
